ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Nicole - someone who truly understands that life doesn’t always go as planned. 

My journey into counselling came from my own experience of navigating change and loss.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck, unsure, or emotionally exhausted  and I also know the strength it takes to reach out and ask for help. That’s why I founded Blueprint on the Bay Counselling - a safe place to journey alongside you, to really hear you and to help you make sense of what you’re going through.

I work with adults who are going through transitions that can shake your sense of identity - things like menopause, retirement, post-natal depression, adjusting to life in a new country, or facing an ‘empty nest’ after the kids have left home. I also support people dealing with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, chronic illness, fatigue, and the quiet, painful challenges that often go unseen.

Being a naturally empathic person who has lived experience, has given me insight to meet clients where they are at with true authenticity.

MY APPROACH

In challenging times, it’s easy to feel lost, like the horizon has disappeared and you're drifting without a compass. My role is to help you steady the ship.

 

My approach is a fusion of evidence-based therapies - CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness - tailored for you personally by a belief that each of us has a unique and divine blueprint. When life clouds that inner map, I’m here to help you see through the fog. Sometimes it just takes a shift in perspective to see it clearly again. With warmth, insight, and practical tools, I’ll walk beside you as you chart your own course forward with clarity and confidence.​

 

In our work together, you’ll find a warm,

down-to-earth space where there’s no pressure to have it all figured out. Just room to drop anchor, breathe, reflect and take small steps toward feeling more like your best self.
